Lettings Consultant – Key Responsibilities:

Conduct viewings and manage the lettings process from enquiry to move-in

Work closely with the in-house team to market and let a significant pipeline of brand-new homes

Deliver a high level of customer service to applicants and residents

Liaise with landlords, tenants and the property management team

Maintain accurate records of all activity and follow up on all enquiries

Play a key role in the early marketing and tenant onboarding process

Support the team during the high-volume launch period
About You:

Previous experience in residential lettings or a sales-based customer service role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Property Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of high-quality residential properties
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections and follow up with tenants and landlords
- Ensure timely collection of rents and manage arrears and payment plans
- Handle tenancy renewals, end-of-tenancy checkouts and deposit returns
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to tenants and landlords
- Maintain detailed records and provide accurate updates to the wider team

About You:
- 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Personable, confident and customer-service driven

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general lettings software
