Are you a proactive property professional with a flair for negotiation and a passion for delivering first-class customer service? We are hiring a Renewals Advisor to join a leading residential lettings team within a high-growth property business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in tenancy renewals, property administration or lettings negotiation to join a supportive and fast-paced environment where your skills will make a direct impact on tenant retention, rental income growth and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tenancy renewals and change of sharer processes
  • Review and negotiate rental increases in line with market trends
  • Provide expert advice to tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with tenancy legislation including Right to Rent
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tenancy records
  • Use property management software and Microsoft Office to streamline operations
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in the private rented sector, build-to-rent or residential lettings
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face
  • Strong administrative background in a fast-paced property environment
  • Confident negotiating tenancy terms with landlords and tenants
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive, self-motivated and able to work independently

Desirable Experience

  • 2+ years in a Renewals Advisor, Lettings Coordinator or Tenancy Manager role
  • Propertymark Level 3 or TPI Level 2 qualification (or willingness to study)
