About the Role
As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the continued growth and success of the office. You’ll be actively involved in generating new business, conducting valuations, supporting your colleagues and driving the overall performance of the team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with excellent long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day operations and business development
• Carry out property valuations and win new instructions - Personally contribute to office revenue
• Help drive team performance through proactive pipeline and deal management
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless service
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues when needed
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold high standards across all transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential sales with valuation experience
• Commercially minded and target-oriented, with strong negotiation skills
• Confident, personable and professional communicator
• A self-starter with the ambition to grow into a more senior leadership role
• Knowledge of the London property market, particularly Central and South areas
• Full UK driving licence preferred
