Property Asset Manager – Duties:
• Take ownership of your portfolio and understand a landlord’s objectives
• Help advise your landlords on how to maximise their investments and reach their goals.
• Managing a portfolio of 80-100 properties
• Overseeing tenancy administration and progression
• Carrying out inspections and sending reports to landlords

• Deep interest in wider property market, keeping up to date with any industry changes.
• Some AST Property Management experience.

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency based in Petts Wood, working across the middle to upper end of the market. You’ll need to be able to mix well with mid- to upper-market clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships are key.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–12 months’ experience in estate agency – ideally in sales, but lettings experience also considered
- Smart, driven, and enthusiastic with a team-focused mindset
- Comfortable working Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week (ideally Tuesday, but this can be flexible)
- Preferably based in or around Tonbridge, Aylesford, Maidstone, Gravesend, or East Grinstead

The Role
