We are currently searching for an experienced Property Manager for one our clients’ prime portfolios in Central London. Previous experience in the same similar role and portfolio is required, as you will be managing circa 100 residential properties and need to hit the ground running.

Duties – Property Manager:

Ensuring landlords are compliant with current legislation and contractual obligations to rent a property
Arranging repairs and maintenance within a reasonable time-scale
Dealing with insurance claims in a timely manner
Visiting properties at least once per tenancy
Providing an advisory, forward-thinking and bespoke service to clients to drive retention rates
Dealing with end of tenancy deposit negotiations in a timely manner
Project managing any works projects

Person profile – Property Manager:
Experience in residential property management in a prime portfolio is required.
Member of ARLA or NFoPP Level 3 is very beneficial.
Ability to work under pressure and take control of own workload.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Positive and proactive approach to running a portfolio and clients
Confident communicator

Package – Property Manager:

£31,500 base, then £6,000 bonus + comms
Commission system in place (call to find out more)
Lots of company benefits
Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) and work from home 2 days per week
