The Role of a Tenancy Renewals Coordinator

As a Tenancy Renewals Coordinator, you will be directly supporting the residential management team.
Your primary responsibility will be the efficient and timely negotiation and renewal of tenancies, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and legislation. This includes handling AST renewals, Assured tenancy rent reviews, and rent Act tenancies. Your role is critical in ensuring rental receipts are maximised through regular client reporting and diligent renewal process management.
Based onsite within a central/South London development and in the central London HQ, your focus will be on detailed client and tenant interaction, aiming for seamless tenancy transitions and enhanced client satisfaction.
