Our esteemed client, a leading force in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their Residential Sales Team as an Administrator/Personal Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of both the Head of London Residential Sales and the Head of the National Country House Department.
As a pivotal member of the team, the successful candidate will showcase exceptional organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. This role demands a team player with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a keen willingness to learn and an outstanding telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities:
For Head of London Residential Sales/Kensington Team:.
- Prepare property brochures to the highest standards.
- Oversee the invoicing process for the team.
- Register new buyers and maintain up-to-date window cards, brochure displays, and office systems.
- Liaise with potential buyers, coordinating viewings and managing diaries.
- Maintain client files and the Residential client database.
- Assist with invoicing and debt collection, ensuring timely payments.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients to expedite on-boarding processes.
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement of business processes.
For Head of National Country House Department:
- Draft client correspondence, including pitch reports, letters, and general communications.
- Manage diaries and inboxes efficiently.
- Organise and schedule internal and external meetings.
- Oversee social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Organise travel arrangements and process expense claims.
Experience:
- Efficient task prioritisation and coordination to meet deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience interpreting policies and procedures related to AML regulations.
- Prior experience in client due diligence, including independent searches and sanction checks.
- Proactive approach to administration, seeking efficiencies in processes.
- Positive attitude towards routine tasks, maintaining accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.

Package:
£28,000 – £30,000 pa
Monday- Friday split between the Kensington and Sloane Square offices.
