Duties of the Prime Property Management Team Leader:

• Handling day to day property maintenance issues
• Direct management and HR responsibility
• To conduct regular 121’s, hold team meetings and complete thorough probationary, interim and annual appraisals
• To support team members in career development via training, coaching, mentoring and the promotion and succession/talent processes
• To be a brand ambassador at all times
• To ensure recruitment is completed professionally, in line with team/divisional/company goals, thinking strategically re future needs and in line with our diversity goals Building and maintaining relationships with Heads of Departments and front offices
• Present at regular team, departmental, divisional and company wide meetings

Character profile of the Prime Property Management Team Leader:

• Lead by example and maintain company standards
• Expert communication skills
• Extensive experience in AST Property Management
• Strong leadership skills

Package for the Prime Property Management Team Leader:

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00 pm
Prime Central London
£40,000 – £47,000 DOE
