This role is based in one of their Head Office, in West London.
Duties of the Trainee Property Manager:
• Work very closely supporting the Property Management Team
• Be flexible with your work load
• Property Management Administration
• Produce and send out contracts to all new clients
• Assist with aspects of the Property Portfolio’s
Character profile of the Trainee Property Manager:
• Have experience in the Property Industry
• Enjoy supportive roles
• Be flexible and willing to help with all tasks
• Pro active
• Able to self-manage
• Works well under pressure
• Confident and professional
Package for the Trainee Property Manager:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
£22,000 – £24,000 basic, plus quarterly and annual bonuses
This is a role centred round supporting the Property Management team, so the chosen Trainee Property Manager needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role. This role offers a great opportunity to have a varied and exciting career in the property industry.
