This is a fantastic opportunity with one of the most aspirational brands in the London property market. They are seeking Tenancy Manager of graduate calibre (though a degree is not essential) to join their Property Management team in prime Central London. It will start as a maternity cover contract but there could be opportunities for a permanent role on completion.

Tenancy Manager – key duties

• Arranging gas safety checks
• Booking pre-tenancy works
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Monitor and negotiate renewals of tenancies in the portfolio
• Dealing with deposit claims and release
• General office admin
• Liaising with Tenants and Landlords

Tenancy Manager – character profile

• Previous experience in Tenancy or Property Management
• Intelligent, articulate and focuses
• Personable and able to build rapport quickly
• Can-do, positive attitude
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Energetic and motivated
• Good time management

Tenancy Manager – package

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
