This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a leading, international Property brand on one of their prestigious clients, based on site.
They are looking for an experienced Tenancy Coordinator or Lettings Administrator who will provide first class customer service to both tenants and the client and who can work well independently as well as part of a team.
You will be following the move in journey from start to move in.

Tenancy Coordinator key duties:

• Assisting with tenancy management
• Deal with enquiries from tenants, contractors, utility providers, local authorities, etc
• Arrange holding deposits
• Conduct referencing checks for applicants applicants
• Issuing AST contracts
• Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders as and when required
• Contacting tenants before their tenancy expires and negotiating renewals
• Providing professional advice on both tenancies and end of tenancy procedures
• Advising on refurbishment works as required

Tenancy Coordinator package:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
South East London
£25,000 – £30,000 plus discretional bonus and lots of benefits
