This award winning develop has various sites all across London – they currently have 10 sites available and 5 in the pipeline for 2017.
Their developments vary in size from 20 units to close to 500 with prices points from £250,000 to over £5million so there are opportunities for someone looking for a high volume site or those looking for a more luxury sales position.

- Experience in Site Sales or Estate Agency Sales Negotiator.
- Very autonomous as you may be running the site on your own or working closely with one other colleague. This will give you the freedom to organise your own time and appointments.
Package for the Site Sales Negotiator:
Basic: £24-30k (depending on experience)
Hours: 9:45am-6pm, 5 days on 2 days off rota.
