Sales Negotiator company profile:

This is a Property Technology company that have big plans, they have already started to roll out their TV advertising campaign to establish themselves as a household name. They are looking for energetic and forward-thinking Sales Negotiators who can help drive this expansion whilst upholding their strong brand image.

Sales Negotiator character profile:

You need to have previous experience in Estate Agency, either Sales or Lettings, as you will be very independent in your work. You will not be micromanaged, however you will have certain targets that you are expected to achieve and hopefully exceed. You will have the flexibility of working from home or in their impressive head office, where you will understand why they are so different.

Sales Negotiator package:

Basic: £20,000
OTE: £40,000-£50,000
3 Month Guarantee: £40,000

Flexible working hours
Working from Home
Friday lunches paid for

Sales Negotiator working hours:

9am-6:30pm (Monday–Friday)
3 Saturdays a month and a day in lieu when a Saturday is worked
Always a 5-day week
