This innovative Tech start up are looking for Sales Manager to build and drive a Sales and Marketing department to generate leads and close sales through the use of digital marketing.

Sales Manager company profile:

Focusing on technology driven property investment across the UK, our client specialise in a tailored approach to consulting, sourcing, advising and managing investment properties providing a complete solution to their clients. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional looking for something to develop, where you can influence and come on board as an integral part of the company.

Sales Manager key duties:

• Design sales/marketing materials to generate leads
• Implement strategic sales plans and infrastructure to expand client base
• Optimise website and digital channels for lead generation
• Set up and attend networking events, expos, conferences & events
• Solution selling and closing sales – virtually and in person

Sales Manager profile:

• Several years sales experience in online/tech-based products
• Experience with CRM & inbound sales/marketing software (HubSpot ideally)
• Mix of technology and people/relationship skills
• Lives local to West London area and able to work from home.
• Initiative, drive and problem solving to build solutions to service clients
• Experience with website customisation and the property market is desirable.

Sales Manager Package:

Basic: £30,000- £40,000 (experience based)
Plus, competitive commission
Hours: Mon-Fri (9:00am-5.30pm)
