It is imperative that the successful applicant has extensive previous estate agency Sales experience. The ability to offer impeccable customer service is essential as well as the drive and motivation to push a sales team to hit targets set. Valuations experience is essential to be considered for this role, management experience is also beneficial but not totally essential. Local area knowledge would be very advantageous. The ability to deal with high end clients is a required skill, so you must be articulate and immaculately presented.
£25k (depending on level of experience)
OTE: £60-£80k+ (but depends on location)

Closed between Christmas & New Year as a company and this is extra holiday

Hours: 9am-6:00pm (Monday-Friday), 9.30am-3pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)
Possible 2 stage interview process for the successful applicant. First will be with the Recruitment Manager, followed by the Sales Director.
