A successful independent Estate Agent in South West London are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy Property Management team. This is a forward thinking and very successful Estate Agency with the desire for expansion and growth and this will benefit any candidate who is looking to progress within the industry with a leading local brand.

Duties of the Property Manager

• Carrying out inspections
• Dealing with deposit disputes
• Referencing new tenants
• Booking check ins and outs
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Managing a portfolio of 100 properties AST
• Liaising with leaseholders
• Dealing with service charge enquiries
• Dealing with section 21’s

Package for the Property Manager

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
£28,000 – £35,000 DOE

This is a role centred round supporting the lettings team, so the chosen Property Manager needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role, work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
