My client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their fantastic team in their South West London branch. They are open to a Graduate/ Junior, someone who is hungry to learn and develop the skills required to become a successful Office Administrator. They are also open to taking on someone with Office Administration or Property industry experience who may be a little more senior.
Company Profile for the Property Administrator:
Our client offers exceptional customer service and are well established in their area, so are very busy. They are a boutique, independent agency with offices across South West London. Training will be provided, as long as use of a company pool car.
Duties of the Property Administrator
• Drawing up tenancy contracts
• Conducting ‘Right to rent’ checks
• Coordinating move ins
• Dealing with company accounts
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Assist with client accounts

• Able to work under pressure

• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Able to work well as a team and by themselves
• Calm and professional working manner
Package for the Property Administrator:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Every Fifth Saturday 10am – 2pm
£21,000 – £24,000 Depending on experience
This is a role centred round supporting the office and team, so the chosen Property Administrator needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role, work as a team player as well. This role offers a great opportunity to kick start your career in the Property Industry.
