This is an exciting role for a construction professional who has site & office based residential project experience in refurbishment, extensions and basements or similar construction or design and build projects.

COMPANY PROFILE – PROJECT MANAGER:

Our client launched over 10 years ago from their base in West London and they were formed on the basis of strong customer service, award winning design and professional project management. They manage each project with the same standard of design and detail that they would their own developments. They offer an integrated design & build service which works alongside in-house interior design.

DUTIES – PROJECT MANAGER:

• Visit sites and ensure works are completed to current building regs and H&S compliant
• Update project management software with all correspondence
• Ensure working drawings are kept up to date on site and software
• Set up project timeline schedules and update weekly
• Weekly client / project team meetings
• Source/advise site team on specialist procurement items
• Price any variations and manage sub-contractor relationships

EXPERIENCE PROFILE – PROJECT MANAGER:

• Construction project management experience is essential
• JCT contract experience (ideal)
• Trade/site background is ideal
• Good IT skills/project software
• Ability to build trust, relationships and manage expectations
• Health & safety trained, site-based certificates desirable (CSCS)
• Full and clean driving licence – essential

PACKAGE – PROJECT MANAGER:

Salary: £35 – £45,000
