Office Manager / Personal Assistant Character profile:
The successful applicant will be articulate, well presented, personable and incredibly well organised.
Experience in organising business office environments and individuals is essential.
You need to be authoritative as you will the Directors voice when he is not there.

Office Manager / Personal Assistant Character profile:

• Managing of the Lettings Director’s emails and diary including travel arrangements.
• Preparing of letters, sales particulars and marketing initiatives.
• Taking phone calls, ordering stationary supplies, arranging team meetings.
• Supporting the team with ad hoc requirements.
• Processing Lettings Directors’ expenses.
• Managing databases and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Completing Hour by Hour reminders of Managing Directors day.

Office Manager / Personal Assistant Package:

£26,00 – 30,000 Depending on experience
Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm
