With several super deluxe, exclusive developments in prime central London this is an excellent opportunity for New Homes Sales Negotiator to join one of the most desirable property developers in the capital.
You do not need previous New Homes Sales Negotiator experience, however previous Property / Estate Agency Sales Negotiator experience in the luxury market is essential.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Company profile:

This company is an incredibly successful property developer with an excellent reputation in the market. They are passionate about exceptional craftmanship and attention to detail coupled with innovation and world-class design.
They have a number of exclusive schemes in prime central London (£3000 per sq ft) as well as premium developments overseas.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for supporting the existing Sales and Marketing team, as well as offering sales progression and administration support.
This is a great opportunity to work at an incredible high end but boutique developer with amazing opportunities to get exposure right across the business.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Package:

Basic: £30-35k
OTE: £70-100k
Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Thurs), 9am-5pm (Fri) only occasional weekends!!
