This is an exciting opportunity to get into a market leading firm if you have some previous sales or negotiating experience and are now looking to further your career as an Estate Agent with a top London brand.

- Previous residential negotiating experience is very beneficial for these roles but not essential.
- A level of maturity, professionalism and a clear desire to build a long term career in the London property market
- A degree or similar qualification would be beneficial but it is by no means essential for this position.
Package for a New Homes Sales Negotiator:
Guarantee is negotiable
OTE: £50k+ (depending on personal performance)
Incentivised commission structure rising from 10-30% (depending on personal performance)
Incentive Schemes include: trips abroad, increased commission, car incentives and more..
Company Car: Yes – VW Golf
Minimum Hours: 9am to 6.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays (every other)
