Working out of their established Queens Park office, this is a great opportunity to make a big impact with a progressive independent estate agency. They are seeking a trainee or experienced lettings negotiator to join the team in this branch to help build and develop the business. The successful candidate could play a key part in the growth of this office/company with realistic onward progression in the near future to Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager and Lettings Manager.

Character profile:

Drive, and the motivation to push the business forward are the most important character attributes coupled with a friendly and customer focused approach.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a sales based environment in previous roles OR have the drive and ambition required to make a success of it in a very competitive role in a fast-paced sales environment.


Basic: £15k (depending on experience) Plus bonus structure
OTE: £32k- £40k
Company Car: Must have your own car – £250 per month allowance
Petrol and phone allowance also paid
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Thur) 9am -6 (Friday and one other day during the week), 9:30am-4:30pm (every other Sat)
Up to £5k Bonus for achieving pre agreed targets as well as pre agreed targets to increase basic.
