Are you a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking for the next step in your career?

Their credentials are only further confirmed with the numerous industry awards they have received over the years, including “Best Estate Agent in the UK 2016” and “Marketing Team of the Year”.
Their strong marketing department and general branding means an abundance of applications from Landlords and applicants alike.
Character profile for the Lettings Manager role:
They are looking for intelligent, articulate and driven individuals, a degree qualification would be beneficial but not essential. They look for punchy and extrovert individuals, natural leaders with out-going and exuberant personalities. You MUST have a proven track record in Lettings. London experience would be preferred but is by no means essential.
Package for the Lettings Manager role:
Commission: % of the office banking’s (% negotiable dependant on entry level)
Guarantee: £40k- £45k for up to 6 months
OTE: £60k+ (1st year), £80-100k+ (2nd year)
Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (1 in 3 or 4 Saturdays)

2 stage interview process for the successful applicant. First with the Lettings Director, 2nd with the Regional Lettings Director
