Company Profile for the Lettings Administrator:

In this Lettings Administrator role, you will be working alongside the lettings teams across the business to deliver an impeccable service, where positivity and organisation come hand in hand.

As Lettings Administrator, you will receive full training and ongoing development to further progress your career. You should be eager to learn and grow as a Lettings Administrator and have the desire to do a good job.

Duties of the Lettings Administrator:

***Work alongside the lettings teams to ensure that each tenancy starts positively
***Arrange pre-tenancy works
***Facilitate rent collection and give financial advice
***Assist with end of tenancy process, including arranging end of tenancy cleans
***Dealing with deposit returns

£22,000 per annum
Must live within a 45 minute commute of Chiswick
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
