Customer Success Manager Key Duties:

• Work with established key accounts to help onboard products.
• Maintain or improve the already exceptional client retention rates.
• Create unique projects from understanding client needs.
• Upsell to existing and new accounts.
• Ensure products lead to client’s business success.
• Provide impeccable customer service to new and existing accounts.

Customer Success Manager Character Profile:

• Saas experience essential.
• Ideally 3+ years of Customer Success Management.
• Experience in Real Estate markets.
• A desire to help the business continue its rapid growth.
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a continually changing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven track record of client retention.
• Experience of International working would be an advantage.
