They are looking for an experienced and confident Compliance and Customer Service Manager who is looking to take the next steps in their career. This could be someone from a property support background already at managerial level or a senior looking to step up.

Compliance and Customer Service Manager key duties:

• Responsible for of all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) related communication, processes and compliance across the lettings divisions
• Provide support and advice on our AML process
• Coach and support the lettings team in relevant compliance procedures to do with this role
• Supporting the service improvement manager with complaints and feedback to do with this role
• Help and support as required with head office management, projects, acquisitions, new Tech reviews, office audits that need extra hands/have short deadlines
• Coach and support the lettings team in relevant compliance procedures to do with this role

Compliance and Customer Service Manager package:

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
South West London London
£32,000 – £34,000 plus bonus
Salary DOE
Maternity Cover Contract
