As the Manager / Senior Manager (Channel Partners) – New Homes, the qualified candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and fostering relationships with our channel partners in the UK market. Organise partner training and enablement leading to a strong sales pipeline; candidate will be responsible for channel partner-driven sales of our New Homes business. This position reports into the COO and will works towards setting benchmarks for channel partner-driven sales.

Experience & Skills:

• New Homes sales through channel partners in London and commuter belt towns in residential development with either a leading agent or developer
• 8-10 years of experience in similar roles
• Extensively networked with channel partners, such as, mortgage advisors, solicitors, investment advisors, accountants and specialists in community networking in London and the commuter belt towns
• Excellent business development & relationship management skills
• Proactive & entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to work within a team as well as on own initiative
• Extensive knowledge of London property market and residential real estate in London’s commuter belt towns
• Proficiency in foreign languages, especially Asian, is an added advantage

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and build a network of and manage high-performing channel partners; Meet monthly individual exchange targets
• Develop and foster relationships with channel partners, such as, mortgage advisors, solicitors, investment advisors, accountants and specialists in community networking
• Generate leads and manage the sales process by working with channel partners
• Monitor performance of channel partners and continuously engage them for effective outcomes
• Follow sales process to Track, Monitor and Measure sales progress by channel partners
• Weekly cadence calls with channel partners on pipeline management to make sure there is progress on every opportunity
• Educate and train channel partners to effectively represent, position and sell our New Homes stock; Conduct weekly reviews
• Update the inventory and marketing collateral; Collaborate with the Marketing team to evolve effective marketing strategy and initiatives for partners
• Attend / Co-host buyer/industry events, such as exhibitions, launches and conferences, to meet channel partners and their customers/buyers
• Work with Research team to prepare reports on competitors, market and industry trends

• Work with internal stakeholders to create and organise channel partner presentations and events
• Provide status reporting for channel partners
• Ability to articulate robust business case for new initiatives with channel partners

Package for the Sales Manager (Property Developer) role:

Basic: £40-50k (depending on experience)
OTE: £80k-£90k (1st year)
Working hours: 5 days a week Monday – Friday: 9 am until 6 pm Saturday: 10 am until 4 pm
