Character profile for the Branch Manager:
This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager or Lettings Manager who is looking for a new challenge to have the autonomy to create your own team, run your own marketing and have all support in making the Branch how you want.
You need to be an engaging and motivating Sales Manager or Lettings Manager as you are supporting and advising the directors of the franchises.
The role for the Branch Manager:
Offering training and support for every process in the Estate agency process. Including but not limited to:
• How to develop new staff
• How to market properties successful
• Winning valuations and listings
• How to make the most of canvassing
• What targets to put in place (activity and revenue)
Package for the Area Sales Manager / Area Lettings Manager:
Basic: £26,000-30,000 (depending on experience)
Guarantee for up to 6 months
Car Allowance or Car
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri), Every other Saturday
