This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding firm as an Assistant Property Manager. This role will be very busy and sometimes demanding, so previous experience in Lettings, Lettings Administration or within a property management team is essential.

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will join a very successful growing property management team with lots of progression opportunities into full property manager role.

Duties of the Assistant Property Manager:

• Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
• Submitting insurance claims
• Dealing with invoices
• Arranging photographs and floor plans
• Assisting the Property Manager
• Dealing with all Property Management administration

Character profile of the Assistant Property Manager:

• Must have excellent organisational skills
• Can-do, positive attitude
• Be able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Good Attention to detail

Package for the Assistant Property Manager:

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm
£28,000pa on experience
