The Senior Account Executive Role:

  • Enterprise Sales – Own the full sales cycle, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Target Clients – Investment funds, REITs, developers, pension funds, corporate occupiers.
  • Sales Methodology – Must demonstrate Value Selling, MEDDIC, or another structured approach.
  • Collaboration – Work with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
  • Commercial Acumen – Engage C-level stakeholders with confidence and credibility.

The Senior Account Executive Profile:

  • Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience – Proven record of closing large, strategic deals.
  • Stakeholder Management – Experience navigating complex, multi-decision-maker sales.
  • Consultative Sales – Not just a relationship seller – structured value-led selling is key.
  • Stable Career History – No frequent job-hoppers.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • PropTech & ESG knowledge – Beneficial but not essential.

Senior Sales Executive – Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £80,000 – £90,000
  • OTE: £160,000-£180,000
  • Guarantee: First quarter guaranteed
  • Target: €1,000,000 ARR
  • Hybrid working – Central London office + flexible working (3 days in the office)
