Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the business, managing client relationships, conducting viewings, and driving sales. You will be responsible for providing a premium level of service to clients, ensuring that their property journey is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing properties to their full potential.
  • Leading negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilising creative marketing strategies to enhance property exposure and attract the right buyers.
  • Managing client communications through integrated tools like WhatsApp for seamless interaction.

What Our Client Offers

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary of up to £25,000 with a commission structure rising to 20%, offering an OTE of £50,000 – £60,000.
