Property Manager – Company Profile:

Our client, an independent agent based in a prime London location, offers bespoke Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services. Renowned for their hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, they possess deep insights into the property market. With a management team boasting decades of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results, you’ll be mentored by some of the best in the business.

Property Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 90-100 properties, including AST and HMOs.
  • Oversee pre-tenancy, in-tenancy, and end-of-tenancy matters.
  • Handle deposit releases and resolutions, recommend dilapidations based on check-out reports, and negotiate between landlords and tenants.
  • Address tenant and landlord inquiries, manage complex issues, and ensure effective communication.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Schedule and liaise with contractors for maintenance work.
  • Manage local authority queries and licensing for HMOs.

Property Manager –Package & Requirements:

  • Location: Prime Central London
  • Salary: £38,000 to £42,000
  • 33 days holiday (including public holidays)
  • Qualifications: ARLA desirable
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Property Management
  • Attributes: Must be proactive, adaptable, hands-on, and possess a positive attitude
