Duties – Sales Consultant
•Register and qualify potential buyers and sellers
•Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
•Negotiator offers between buyers and sellers
•Build and maintain excellent relationships throughout the selling process to ensure conveyancing is progressing effectively
•Hit and exceed financial and referral targets
•Create new business opportunities by maintaining constant vision on the wider sales market in the area

Person Profile – Sales Consultant
•Customer facing experience preferable in a sales capacity
•Must be a quick learner that can pick up multiple skills quickly
•Naturally confident and clear communicator capable of client negotiations
•Exceptional telephone manner
•Fast paced and organised is essential
•Calm under pressure with the ability to think logically in stressful situation
•Self-started that doesn’t need to encouraged to get going
•Financially motivated and money hungry
•Full UK driving licence
