In this Lettings role, you will be allowed the freedom and flexibility to work the way you want to work.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the entire lettings process for your dedicated build-to-rent development in West London.
You will be in charge of the entire process, including marketing, conducting viewings, liaising with clients, handling contracts, and negotiations.

On Offer for the BtR Leasing Consultant:

• £25 basic £40-45k OTE
• Monday – Friday, Flexible Working
• Excellent commission structure
• Mature, trusting work environment
• Guaranteed consistent stock with no competition

BtR Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• At least 2 years of property experience
• A bubbly outgoing, extrovert nature
• Lettings experience preferred but not essential
• Must be well-motivated and a self-starter
• Experience in handling a high workload of administration
