Lettings Manager Responsibilities:
· Lead, develop, and manage the Lettings Team to achieve outstanding results
· Drive new business growth through effective canvassing and marketing strategies
· Maximize company income and profitability by leveraging your expertise
· Coordinate with Lettings Administrators and Property Management Team to ensure smooth deal closures
· Ensure compliance with processes and maintain strong relationships with negotiators and landlords
· Promote various departments within the company to enhance overall performance
· Cultivate and maintain close relationships with landlords and tenants
· Provide monthly reporting to Partners and COO to drive informed decision-making
Lettings Manager Profile:
· Seasoned professional adept at winning instructions and expanding market share
· Minimum 2 years of Lettings Department management experience
· Competent lettings valuer with exceptional rapport-building skills
· Results-driven go-getter capable of driving stock and generating sales
· Confident individual with a proven track record of success
· Exceptional ability to handle conflicting needs in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent sales and communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong numerical and time management abilities
· Effective problem-solving capabilities
Lettings Manager Package:
· Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000
· Lucrative OTE of £70,000 in your 1st year
· 20 days of annual leave, plus additional time during the Christmas period as our office is closed
