Digital Marketing & Content Manager Scope:

  • Manage the company website updates using CRM, ensuring that updates are made in a timely manner
  • Make recommendations for UX improvements to the Company customer journey. Deliver and optimise all paid social media advertising according to the budget and schedule
  • According to the business strategy, create and deliver content for all B2C and B2B social media channels – Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Linkedln
  • Awareness of, and reactive to, trending content
  • Engaging with the Company social audience to grow engagement and word of mouth marketing of the brand
  • B2B and B2C email campaign updates and sending
  • Deliver content with key influencers that are on brand and help the business to reach a wider audience of customers
  • Develop the automated marketing journeys for Companies registrants
  • Create and deliver the content strategy for the blog, according to SEO best practices and market conditions
  • Assist with creation of development specific marketing materials on Adobe Creative suite
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of performance to inform strategic approach

Digital Marketing & Content Manager Key Functions:

  • Previous marketing experience which includes proven success creating and delivering a social media strategy
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CRM, CMS
  • Proficient in using CRM, email marketing and social media platforms
  •  A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  •  Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across the business
  •  Confident in translating data into insights
  •  Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks

£40,000 – £45,000 plus annual bonus and benefits
Hours:  Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm
