£28,000 to £30,000, plus bonus

This is a great opportunity to join a leading central London property company as their Office and Property administrator, supporting the teams in their smart new offices, and working closely with the Lettings and Property Management team to assist with Admin tasks. They are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to be an integral member of their busy lettings operation. Experienced Lettings/Property Administrators are offered a competitive package within a friendly, professional working environment with good onward career prospects.

Office and Property Administrator Company Profile:
This global investment consultancy specialises in residential property investment and acquisition, and has a network of 6 offices worldwide, including London, Berlin, Manchester, Hong Kong, Birmingham and Liverpool. This opportunity is based in their office in the City. With over £500million of assets under management and an excellent track record within their areas they are firmly established as a market leader.

Office and Property Administrator Duties:
• Office manager role (liaison with office landlord, cleaners, invoices, insurance, petty cash, meeting room booking, office rota management)
• Managing new starter process
• Software supplier management
• IT matters – e.g. new laptop set ups, printer and phone maintenance
• Training calendar- manage and book in
• Lettings admin support- reception, key management, booking cleaning, inventories, new file set up, change of occupier notifications, putting new properties onto PM Software
• Property Management and Compliance team support- opening post, loading invoices, taking meeting minutes, managing landlord’s contents protection, managing lost units, payments

Office and Property Administrator Requirements:
• Communication and customer service skills
• Residential lettings experience
• Previous office management experience of benefit
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Be organised, able to prioritise, manage time efficiently and work to deadlines
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate with the team
• Shows initiative
• Enthusiastic, positive nature

Office and Property Administrator Package:
£28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Based in the City
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
