The opportunity has arisen to join London’s leading Estate Agent as an Administration Assistant to support the Procurement & Facilities team.

Administration Assistant Duties:
· General office & admin tasks – emails, telephone calls, data input, etc.
· General Procurement tasks
· General Facilities tasks
· Process approved purchase requests and raise associated purchase orders
· Process and record supplier invoices promptly for payment
· Build working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
· Respond to queries in a timely manner and keep accurate records
· Liaise with contractors or suppliers as directed
· Communicate with the team to ensure everyone is kept up to date
· Manage electronic diaries
· Record meeting minutes
· Help cover other members of the team as and when required
· Any ad hoc duties as required

Administration Assistant Profile:
· Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Motivated and positive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
· Strong team player, with a readiness to ‘muck in’ but with the ability to work independently, using own initiative when required
· Keen attention to detail
· Flexible, with a willingness to tackle a variety of duties and to learn new skills
· Reliable and responsible with a friendly and approachable manner

· Salary: £21,000 to £25,000
· Location: West London
· Grad-Entry Level
· Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
