One of the most established independent estate agents in the London market is looking for a Sales Negotiator for one of their busy offices in South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious market leading firm, who are looking for a likeminded individual.

The successful Sales Negotiator will help to uphold the company’s excellent reputation, providing first class customer service to clients and customers. You will be an experienced Sales Negotiator and a great self-starter, with the ability to actively build on business opportunities.

Character profile/requirements of the Sales Negotiator:
Be personable, honest, and able to communicate at all levels, whilst working to sales targets and deadlines to maximize business opportunities.
Be hungry and driven to succeed.
Able to provide and deliver a high level of customer service, building strong relationships with both clients and applicants.
Have a good understanding of progressing sales through from offer to a successful conclusion.
Full Manual Driving License.

Package for the Sales Negotiator:
£50,000+ OTE
£18,000-£21,000 Basic Salary
Company Car or car allowance
Competitive Company Pension Scheme
20 days Annual Leave, increasing with time served + Bank Holidays + Christmas to New Year off.
Discounted Gym Memberships & Corporate Discount Scheme
Monday to Friday 9am-6.30pm, occasional Saturday’s 10-3:30pm
