Property Manager
East London & Hybrid Working
£29,100k Basic – £31,500 OTE

Would you like to work for a global property company?

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading property company with specialists based across the globe, operating in 13 markets. As Senior Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio dealing with aspects of the residential lettings and management process including maintenance, renewals, property visits, processing invoices, deposit disputes and credit control. You will also support the Property Management Team Leader and Associate Director with driving campaigns and focusses based on the business needs.

Property Manager duties:
· Ensuring that landlords are compliant with legislation and contractual obligations by ensuring that required safety certificates are carried out
· Arranging repairs and maintenance as and when they arise and within a reasonable time-scale
· Dealing with insurance claims in a timely manner
· Visiting properties at least once per tenancy
· Providing an advisory, forward-thinking and bespoke service to clients to ensure retention rates remain high
· Dealing with end of tenancy deposit negotiations in a timely manner
· Managing a portfolio of around 150 properties

Property Manager character profile:
· Experience working in Property Management
· Customer service is paramount
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Be organised, able to prioritise, manage time efficiently and work to deadlines
· Relationship management with key-stakeholders
· Ability to work both autonomously and with the team
· Enthusiastic, positive nature

Property Manager package:
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
Birthdays off
Casual/Dress-down Fridays
Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm
£29,100k Basic – £31,500 OTE
