Letting Operations Manager company profile:
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the lettings progression as well as working closely with the CEO and HOD’s to help grow the business, increase profitability and build a successful team that delivers outstanding customer service. Lettings Operations Manager – key duties:
• Overseeing the lettings progression, processes and procedures
• Managing contractor relationships
• Responsibility for recruitment within the lettings administration department
• Work closely with the directors to help streamline the business
• Regular 1-2-1’s with all staff members
• Oversee all IT operations
• Managing all in house contracts

Lettings Operations Manager – requirements:
• Vast knowledge and experience within the lettings industry
• Charismatic, people’s person with an eye for detail
• Hard working and strive to implement new ideas to the company
• 5+ years as a senior lettings administrator
• Experience in the legislations and compliance within lettings
• ARLA qualification would be beneficial

Package for the Lettings Operations Manager:
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
Hours: 9:00am-6pm Mon-Friday
