This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs leading property companies and professional brands, as their newest Building Manager. You will be based in East London, in a brand new development, where you will be providing exceptional customer service to residents, being their first point of contact.
This is a varied role, ideal for somebody who has previous experience managing a residential building, is confident working independently and is looking to take the next steps in their career.
You must have excellent customer service, have an approachable and positive attitude and be prepared to be customer facing and ensure the residents have the best possible experience.
Building Manager Job Role:
***To oversee the management of 105 apartments in a brand new development
***Be point of contact for residents
***Carry out tours an viewings of the building
***Oversee contractors for repairs
***Oversee building amenities
***Address resident issues in a timely manner
***Form a strong resident community
Building Manager Profile:
***A positive, can-do attitude
***Experience in Building Management
***Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
***Exceptional attention to detail
***Excellent problem solving and reactive response times
***Impeccable interpersonal skills
Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE
Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
