Branch Manager company profile:

This is a well established company who have been operating for over 50 years. They have established relationships with clients in both residential and commercial property. It is a family run business that prides itself on their core values of integrity, whilst providing an exceptional service. Staff retention is paramount to what they are building towards, therefore keeping a hold of and attracting the best talent is a major priority.

Branch Manager core duties:

• Managing the sales and lettings teams
• Ensuring KPIs are met
• Driving the business forward
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
• Engaging with developers
• Looking after and managing VIP clients
• Coaching and developing the team
• Ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times

Branch Manager character profile:

• Significant valuation experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Estate Agency (sales or lettings)
• Driven and ambitious
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Ability to lead by example

Branch Manager package:

• £45,000 basic salary
• £85,000 OTE
• Based in SE1
• 9am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday. 9am – 5:30pm on a Friday
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 3pm (half day off in lieu)
