Office Coordinator company profile:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, independent Estate Agent in their Prime West London office as Office Coordinator.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring Clients and Visitors receive the best customer service, as well as supporting the Sales & Lettings team and the Property Management department.

You will have the chance to make this role your own and as the company grows, it offers progression opportunities.

Office Coordinator Key Duties:

***Welcoming Clients and Visitors and assisting with their queries
***Handling incoming calls and emails
***Handling all office keys, ensuring they are signed in and out correctly
***General office administrative duties and support to the teams

Office Coordinator Character Profile:

***Ability to deliver excellent customer service
***Good written and verbal communication skills
***Highly organised and team orientated
***A can do, positive attitude

Up to £26,000
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
West London
Full time office based
