This is an exciting role for an experienced construction Project Manager for an international company with a strong focus on staff retention and development. Ideally located within a 40 mile radius of Crewe area.

Project Manager Company Profile:

They have been at the forefront of a niche commercial/retail sector for over 25 years and have a wider presence stretching into Europe and further afield.

Project Manager Duties:

• Seamless control of project from sales to client handover
• Building and developing relations with new and existing clients
• Juggle multiple projects and plan/budget resources
• Purchasing, ordering and expediting of materials
• Surveying sites in UK and Europe
• Technical support and liaising between sales team, factory and client
• Managing onsite installations and subcontractors
• Budget management and cost control/contract variations

Project Manager Candidate Profile:

• Regular UK and Europe travel
• Project management qualification is desirable
• Highly organised with ability and background in managing multiple projects
• You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager or qualified by experience
• Technical knowledge of the construction is essential
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Another European language would be desirable
• Driver license and car essential

Project Manager Package:

Salary: up to £40 – 60,000 (depending on experience)
Travel Allowance: £5,000
Hours: 8am – 5pm (3pm finish on a Friday)
Location: Remote but ideally based within commute of Crewe (40 mile radius)
