Customer Success Executive company profile:

This award-winning Prop Tech company has had extensive growth within the last year, with their accounts due to triple across the UK and Europe over the next 12 months.
This real estate product is revolutionising the way in which Property companies manage their maintenance and repairs requests for homes and offices alike. It also aids with financial duties!

Customer Success Executive Key Duties:

• Lead customers through the onboarding process and training
• Support customers via chat, email and telephone
• Experience in up/cross selling products
• Resolve any issues clients may have
• Be the main point of contact for your portfolio
• Build rapport and relationships with your customer base.
• Reduce churn

Customer Success Executive Character Profile:

• SaaS experience beneficial
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable communication skills
• Proven track record of client retention
• High level of emotional intelligence
• A drive to succeed and progress

Up to £30k basic salary + bonus
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
