Experienced Property Managers looking for something a little different, this one is for you! I am working with a Real Estate firm who are on the lookout for a Property Manager. You will be based onsite at a new development and in branch with the Estate Agency team and managing a portfolio of around 150 properties.

This company work alongside a very well-established London developer. They are one of the newer firms who have expanded rapidly over the last few years due to their level of stock and are the market leader in their area. They have a fantastic team of Property Managers ranging from administrators to junior Property Managers to Senior Property Managers.

The team are a very sociable bunch at this firm. They are regularly out for food and drinks on a Friday and make sure they have a very fun, vibrant atmosphere in the office.

Duties of the Property Manager

• Dealing with pre-and end of tenancy works
• Chasing rent and dealing with arrears
• Handling complaints
• Carrying out inspections
• Dealing with maintenance works
• Serving all legal notices
• Account management with landlords

Character profile of the Property Manager

• Personality is key with this firm, you must genuinely have a passion for the role
• Experience in Property Management beneficial but property experience is key
• Good at account management
• Experience with overseas landlords beneficial
• Able to self-manage

Package for the Property Manager

Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6:00pm, Fridays 9 ma – 5 pm
£25,000 – £30,000 (Depending on experience) Plus lots of benefits!
East London

The chosen Property Manager needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a support role, work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job.
